Return an order

Return/Replacement Period – Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of the Product – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Eligible Returns & Replacements –Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for a return or replacement at no extra cost.

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of the same value or opt for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items – Products cannot be returned or replaced unless they are defective.
